'Daemon’s Annual Support packages are suitable for in-house development teams who require emergency commercial support from FarCry engineers for their own application development.
How it works
With Daemon’s Annual Support packages you are pre-purchasing the option to call upon support if and when you need it. We offer three structured Annual Support plans and, depending on the support option that you decide upon, you are provided a means of access to members of Daemon’s development team enabling you to request their advice and expertise. When a support request is submitted, Daemon is committed to responding within one business day** from the time the request is received. You will be provided detail of the work required and the projected time to completion, and the work will be carried out as required.
