Australian Museum: Eureka CMS

The Australian Museum use a FarCry-based Content Management System to maintain their Eureka Prizes webpage. It allows contributors to quickly and easily change the content without knowing how to code. In this case, the CMS has a custom tab specifically tailored for the Eureka Prize to allow updates to be made to promotional images, prizes and other features. It also allows for reviews of entries and bookings for events.

A contributor can organise clickable promotional tiles on the front page, changing the image and the external link that it leads to.

Different prize forms are created and organised through this interface. Individual entries can be tracked and reviewed.

The different sponsoring organisations can be kept as a library with all related information (links, logos, briefs, etc) kept in one object per organisation, which can be accessed easily.

Records for bookings can be easily retrieved through a Flex interface which outputs all relevant details for each guest in an easy-to-read format.
